Issuance of tickets to repatriate sick expatriates

High Commissioner of Bangladesh Rear Admiral SM Abul Kalam Azad handed over the plane ticket to Maldivian expatriate Ahmed Ali to return home.
Being seriously ill, he was given two plane tickets to return to Bangladesh with an attendant.

Bangladesh High Commission Second Secretary Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan and Welfare Assistant Al Mamun Pathan were present during the handing over of tickets. Ahmed Ali is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital in Maldives in a paralyzed condition due to a heart attack. He is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on a Maldivian Airlines flight on July 24.
